Broken Sprinklers

Those pictures were the result of a broken sprinkler pipe in an attic which flooded the entire 2 story home and caved in some of the ceilings. A workman had stepped on the plastic pipe and caused it, California requires new homes to have fire sprinklers. When a sprinkler malfunctions in a home it always causes a lot a of damage because they usually take a while to find the shut off valve.
