The willful destruction is usually done for no reason other than to do something malicious.
Cases of breaking a windows, setting of fires, destroying of furnitures, spraying paintings on buildings, gluing locks, ransacking your home and even causing flooding by clogging your drain are examples of vandalism.

- Install and properly maintain cameras. Police can use surveillance cameras to identify and catch perprators.
- Keep property tidy. An unorganized property tends to attack vandals.
- Plant shrubbery and fencing. These are the first line of defense against potential intruders.
